About Amju Games

Being a kid in the 1980s I was lucky enough to enjoy the golden age of video gaming - arcades full of beeping, flashing games machines, ahh.. bliss! For a long time my favourite game was Asteroids (although I was rubbish). Here's an Asteroids link.

This was also when home computers became widely available, and so you could not only play video games but write them too! It was very exciting for me. My first computer was a Sinclair ZX81, and the next one a Sinclair Spectrum, and of course all I wanted to do was play games and write games on them!

A few years ago I started playing around with writing games again, and started on a 3D game. Eventually this turned into Amju, which I put up on this site in February 2003. A lot of people seemed to like it, so I started work on a new game, which is Amju Super Golf. In 2005 I started working on Amju Super Cool Pool.

My favourite game is still Legend of Zelda - Ocarina of Time for the Nintendo 64. Wind Waker is a close second :-)
